Welcome to Designs by Richie Rich. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Designs by Richie Rich ("we," "us," or "our") and the End-Client ("you," "your") regarding the provision of design services, products, and consultations.

1. Scope of Services

• Site Template Design: Custom layout and structural design for web platforms.
• Site Editing: Updates, modifications, and maintenance of existing website content and structures.
• Branding: Visual identity development, logo design, and brand asset creation.
• Additional Services: Digital assets and creative consulting as specified in individual agreements.

Working Hours: Standard hours are 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Standard turnaround is 5+ business days.

2. Exclusivity & Binding Agreement

By initiating a project, the End-Client enters an exclusive binding agreement for a period not to exceed six (6) months. Referral clients are bound by these same terms.

3. Project Initiation and Payments

• Payment Method: Via Cash App ($RichardRich85).
• Promotions: Honored for new End-Clients only. Standard fees apply to returning clients.
• Fee Adjustments: Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Structure: Strict 50/50 schedule. 50% non-refundable deposit to start; 50% balance due upon completion.
• Late Fees: $25.00 assessed every 5 days after a 72-hour grace period.

4. Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Designer are non-refundable, regardless of project status or cancellation.

5. Professional Conduct

Designer reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if behavior is deemed disrespectful or unprofessional.

6. End-Client Responsibilities

End-Client is solely liable for providing clear details and ensuring content accuracy.

7. Revisions and Changes

Revisions are at the sole discretion of the Designer. End-Client waives all rights to request revisions once the project is marked completed.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final design transfers upon full payment. Designer retains ownership of working files and portfolio display rights.

10. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

Designer is not liable for claims of fraud resulting from the End-Client failing to read these terms. End-Client waives all rights to pursue legal action based on misunderstanding of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes resolved in Sangamon County, Illinois.
